The balcony chairs were filthy and there were two of us booked and only one chair in the room. On Monday, June 15th we left the room at 6:30 a.m. to go to Kingston General Hospital for a heart procedure. 「We visited the site 20+ years ago and it was a bit tired then. While some updates have happened, the hotel isn't close to what it could be, or should be for the cost of the room. The dining room was empty at 600 on a Thursday. Although the hotel name still includes "spa", there is no spa - a casualty of Covid apparently. 「We stayed for four nights at the Residence Inn while visiting our son. It was a great experience and we would stay there again. The hotel is right on the water and situated so you can enjoy walking while sightseeing as well as go to restaurants and shopping in the downtown area.
