ガルフ リゾート ビーチの三つ星ホテル

「When we arrived, we were put in a different room than what I paid for. I spent 1200 for 3 nights and the front desk person put us in a room that was more like a closet. After a few hours, I went to complain and they put us in the right room. Then the next day we get a call that our bands had to be rekeyed because the original person only did it for one night. This was the first time staying here and with all of the inconveniences, not sure if we will be back. Upon checking out someone else...

「Beach beautiful, pool clean and fun. Elevator service is poor. 2nd year in a row i have been there and both times elevator was down. Will not go back」

「Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!」

「This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...
