「隅々まで清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さん、ありがとうございます。」

「We didn't know about their fee schedule that charged substantial parking and resort fee outside the original price. We later found that casino hotels does it commonly. We should have stayed at a hotel or motel on the California side, just a few hundred meters away.」

「The room was very clean and the staff were very kind. The airport shuttle bus starts running at 5:20 AM. My flight was at 7:00 AM, but I made it just in time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

「Excellent」

「This is my first time I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed my stay. My breakfast was a little disappointing! My sausage was hard and dry and my biscuit was hard. It was like both items were sitting in a pan and got hard from the heat. The casino was fun.」

「staffs are nice」

「The check in was great, and the lobby was clean. when I got to my room I noticed the ceiling looked to be damaged by a roof leak. This was on the upper most floor and it looked to be recent damage. The ceiling plaster was starting to fall. I stayed two nights and on return to my room on the first day I found the door to the room was left open by house keeping. Spoke to the front desk about it and they explained that it was probably house keeping. Nothing was missing in the way of personal...

「Thank you for issuing a refund when I accidentally canceled my original booking. I really appreciated it. Since I still wanted to stay at the hotel, I made a new booking shortly after the cancellation and asked for a refund only for the original booking. However, the hotel also canceled my new booking and refunded both reservations. I only noticed this just before my stay. Fortunately, a room was still available, so I was able to stay as planned.」

「Clean convenient and the stafe was very helpful」

「there was a pair of worn underwear in the closet when i got into my room」

「Everything has been great. I even locked myself out of my room and getting a new key was so easy. Thank you for letting us stay with our dogs. And understanding our situation.」

「Fun time ) please was clean and up to standards 🙂」
