「The hotel has an excellent location . They were understaffed. We arrived at 6:00 PM and check in was at 4:00 PM.
We were told that they were still cleaning our room .
The room was finally ready at 8:00 PM.
W e had to change our dinner plans due to this.
The staff did not seem to care much , they made it sound like it was out of their hands.
There were other people like us that had to wait for their room to be clean. 」
