"Great location. Very close to Dotonbori. Lots of good restaurants around it. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was a bit loud during the night as it’s a very busy hotel so lots of people coming back from Dotonbori after a night out were pretty loud but would probably book again if we go back."

"Great location if you're going to Universal Studios. Staff provided excellent service and was helpful with luggage and transportation. Rooms were very clean. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the matress was like a brick."

"In general the place is not too bad, very convenient to the Shin-Imamiya station and further down, there’s another station. However, there’s no eateries around that area."

"We loved our stay at Royal Park Canvas. Loved the convenience of having a train station and a family mart right next door. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and fair sized for Japan and bed was comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice perk. We loved being able to hop on a quick train to areas like Dotonbori but also escape the busyness to go back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. Check out is at 10 AM. Extended check out can be requested for 500 yen per hour. Lobby area is pretty small. Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Free small selection of breakfast (bread and jam, cereals, and waffles) is a bonus. It’s about 15 walk to Namba station or a 5 minute walk to a near train station. Family mart is next door. "Room size is good, cleaning is done everyday. Fresh bed linen and towels, bathroom amenities restocked everyday for our 10 night stay. Walkable to Kyoto station. Safe area to stay."

"Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. Thank you guys for help us in our stop to Osaka! "

"Very near to 3 subway lines, easy to get to several major transport nodes (shinkansen, osaka station, osaka-namba stations). Near to Shinsaibashi Shopping Street (5-10 min walk) but this area is rather quiet, not noisy). Aeon Supermarket right below the hotel, good to get breakfast or supper."
