「I never received any confirmation emails about my stay. I couldn't find any record of the reservation. I searched and it didn't show up. No one could find record of it. So I assumed it was cancelled because no correspondence was sent, such as a know before you go. I was still charged even though there was no record anymore of my reservation and I am still disputing the charge.」

「room was clean , safe nice area . parking is included which is a bonus . bedding was confortable , ac and heater worked really well . will definitely stay here again」

「The staff was very helpfull if needed. Clean. Kids thought pool was a good temp..」

「The room smelled horrible.(ethnic cooking smell!) It was close by the exit and very noisy. People went in and out the door until 3 am. 」

「Property at one time was magnificent. It does need a little bit of a facelift as it is from the 1940s. The suite that we were in with two queen with large and clean and comfy beds. The pool was dirty, and Jacuzzi the gym had no fan and was super hot The waterpark is shut down right now, but looking forward to it opening and coming back to check it out All the staff are super nice 」

「The rooms were supposedly non-smoking but had a stale smoke smell, especially on the third floor. There was no screen on our window even though we were able to open the window. There were loose tiles on the bathroom floor, so we needed to be careful not to injure ourselves. The light in the elevator area was out during our stay and others mentioned it had been out all weekend. Then there was the pool area; the chlorine and other chemicals were so strong I could not stand being in the pool area...

「We stayed at the Best Western with our 4 year old granddaughter so she could use the pool. We had plenty of space in our room which overlooked the Mississippi River. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool was the perfect size for our granddaugther and she loved it.」

「The pictures are deceiving. This place is in need of an major update. The rooms were good size but there were holes in the wall, shower door would not stay closed, and smelt like mold. I found a piece of glass in the pool, and the WiFi is horrible. The breakfast was surprisingly good though!」
