「I travel to Bocagrande, Cartagena at least once every year and usually stay at another hotel, but during this visit I decided to try Gio Hotel for a change. Unfortunately, my experience was mixed and ultimately disappointing. On the positive side, the location is excellent very convenient for getting around and the pricing is fair for the area. 「Overall the property was extremely nice. Very clean and the staff are amazing!! Restaurant was excellent and the breakfast buffet was very robust. The only compliant we have is that the water temp was barely Luke warm. Made taking hot showers difficult.」
