The lock on the door to my room was broken and it was a huge dramatic issue to get my room switched partially due to language barrier but mostly due to being gaslighted about the lock being broken even after being walked in on while taking a bath. The area has a lot of construction, and a lot of houseless folks sleeping in the street and some aggressive panhandlers. At the grocery store you have to...

"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main train station in Naples and easy to find. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was large and clean. It was basic, but perfect for our needs. It had an air con unit, plenty of power points, bathroom had soap and shower gel dispensers, fresh towels were provided. The hotel is in a great location to get onto public transport and an ideal base for sightseeing. The lobby also had a small shop that sold refreshments at a reasonable...

"The temperature control on the shower is not functioning. It continues to get too hot. There is no noise, control or soundproofing. There was extreme noise late at night and early in the morning that prevented a good night sleep. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. The signal is so poor. It can’t even pull up the news. "
