A great spot

This is a lovely hotel with a great breakfast. Very central with plenty of restaurants and bars in the local area and a short walk to lovely shops and the Grand Place

Great place to stay

Room was larger than expected and very clean and comfortable with everything you required. Breakfast was really good with good range of continental breakfast which was constantly being refilled. Great central location, although still nice and quiet, within easy walking distance of main sites, lovely restaurants, bars and tram and metro stations.

Excelent. Don't expect luxurious, it is simple, very confortables and clean. The staff is incredible, they offer a very good breakfast. It is only a step from turistic circuit.

Good hotel for the price, compared to many other more expensive ones. The reception staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast is excellent! I would only recommend improving the lighting in the rooms. The lights are all yellow which can be frustrating. But nothing more. Well located. Overall a good stay.

Great stay!

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in was great as it was 1pm which is earlier than other hotels and means you aren’t hanging about, the rooms were modern with good facilities and the breakfast was a good spread for a Continental. The room was very quiet which was also great, the hotel is in a great location close enough to busy areas but far away enough to not hear the noise, it is situated well for public transport with two metro stops less than a 5min walk away. Overall we were really impressed :)

The hotel had a fun vibe with the Atlas theme. We were on the Africa floor. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was nice at no additional charge. The windows opened making it very comfortable for sleeping. We had a pleasant stay.

Overall, it was a positive experience.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was modern, and equipped with air conditioning, which made it very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent for sightseeing, with major landmarks within walking distance. However, it is a bit far from the train station. The breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, it was a positive experience.

Check in was easy, the staff were great and really helpful. The pillows for us was quite small but there are extra sets which helped. The hotel is just a short walk away from the grand place square so was convenient. The breakfast was good and the croissants were fresh as well as the cooked meat

Great property. Should changed their room key system, because an actual key that was big and that you need to unlock and lock the door everytime, not very convenient!

Beds, bedding and room were comfortable. Air con worked well. Area was quiet. Great location. Friendly staff. Parking at the hotel is expensive - I recommend using another car park. We used Parkbee which was 7 minutes walk away. Breakfast was poor quality - mainly consisted of cheese and processed meats, and tinned fruit in syrup rather than any fresh fruits. Main problem was that each room only has 1 key and does not lock shut without a key. This meant that when my partner went out earlier than me while I was still sleeping, she had to either lock me in and leave me with no key (not safe!) or leave me sleeping with the door unlocked so anyone can walk in (also not safe!). This is a very strange setup and I have never encountered this before. Please copy second keys for all your rooms!

This hotel is in a convenient location for exploring Brussels. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was extremely quiet. Check-in at the manned front desk was smooth. Our room was ready for an early arrival, and the staff were very friendly—asking about our plans and offering help with directions or recommendations. The room was very spacious, with a hallway and door separating the sleeping area from the bathroom. Breakfast was included and offered a basic selection of pastries, cold cuts, waffles, and hard-boiled eggs. The breakfast area was large with plenty of seating and never felt crowded. Overall, a convenient and well-located stay with excellent service.
