The staff was friendly and attentive. They do offer golf carts so make sure to book your golf carts in advance as they do run out pretty quickly. However, there are cheaper options near the city center that will deliver the golf carts directly to you. The hotel does offer the usage of bicycles for free which we did take...

Sandra, our concierge, was able to assist us with all of our needs such as booking taxis and golf cart rentals. Her response to all of our questions (we had many!) was prompt and detailed. "The staff was great and Toast was an amazing place to eat and it was attached to pool area. The pool was always clean and blue. Guevara Tours is right next door to take you to hol chan and shark ray alley. Incredible all around experience!! Will definately stay again!"
