Staff was great and the location next to Ramon's where we diving couldn't have been better. Decor is a bit dated and tired, but was sufficient for our trip. The bathroom door stuck on the floor frequently which made it loud to close at times. We also had them facilitate a cart rental from Carts Belize which was of great help. Unfortunately the cart was terrible to drive with incredibly stiff steering and almost nonexistent headlights for night driving.

The staff at this hotel was the absolute best. The hotel is on the oceanfront, but it’s not an ocean that you can swim in. The property directed me to an area next-door to it where there is a lagoon in the swimming there is beautiful. It’s very isolated. The hotel is very close to the airport and restaurants. The rooms are quite large. I had an ocean view which was beautiful. There was adequate air-conditioning hot water. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The view from the rooms can't be beat and the hotel location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and excursions. The property is well kept up and the staff is friendly and helpful. Great hotel!

The staff was amazing. The best service you can get anywhere! We stayed in the casita next to the pool which is cleaned daily. The casita (small house) is fully equipped. Has beautifully carved hardwood doors with palms trees ect. The landscape is beautiful a real paradise. Loved it all.

We rented the casita and it was wonderful! The staff are so friendly, the grounds are well kept, the location on the beach is beautiful, with close proximity to the airport and golf cart rentals which makes it convenient. We love San Pedro and will definitely be back!

The Palms is a small ocean front property with a dedicated team! Guido in the front office was especially helpful and wonderful to talk with! It is centrally located near the airport, restaurants and dive shops. Due to this, you can sometimes hear airport noise in your room or by the pool. Overall the secluded pool is a tropical oasis where we enjoyed relaxing while watching the beautiful garden, iguanas and hummingbirds! We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our fifth anniversary!

Great little boutique hotel on the water and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Staff was very courteous, nice little pool and a peaceful beach with lounge chairs. Would definitely stay there again.
