"Convenient location right next to the heart of Shibuya, with no shortage of options for activities. Easy access to transportation. Comfortable bed and the storage solution was great! The only complaint is that there is only one toilet for my floor, but I didn't end up having to wait during my stay."

"Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers. "

"The staff were very attentive to any need. The location was great since it was closely located to the subways and buses. It was very clean. Also as someone who is over 6’1’ and 250 pounds I had no problem with the size of my cube. "

"It was a good stay. The room was big enough for a family of three. The toilet was spacious enough for a good shower or soaking yourself in the bathtub. The room was clean and made up everyday and there was enough toiletries and towels for everyone. "

"This place is SO convenient and cheap. It's well maintained and comfortable. Sakuragaokacho is a pretty neighbourhood: there's a street near this hotel that's maybe my favourite in Tokyo so far. My first and only capsule experience - it's just not for me, but I can't fault commun SHIBUYA."
