"娘のスポーツの大会で宿泊しましたが、とても温かくご対応くださいました。とくに下の娘が体調を崩したのですが、病院を探したり、食事についてお願いしたりしたことも気持ちよく応えてくださいました。スキーの乾燥室には、１つ１つ鍵が準備されていて、安心して利用できました。またお世話になりたいです。"

"Good location. Close to the train station. Only one thing to consider is the bathroom. There’s only one common bathroom here which can be used 2 - 4 people at the time. Additionally, you have to take a bath together in the same room. If you are ok with that, everything else is fine."

"Hotel’s onsen as shown in the website pictures are for members only. Only basic dormitory style rooms were offered with public bath which had water pressure problem that 2 cannot wash at the same time. The bath uses regular, non-hot spring water which only open from 800-2000. No hot water in the dormitory bathrooms. Hotel is well equipped with gym and game room however for members only. Wish more clarification on the booking sites for this. "
