「Great location home was just what we needed」

「Our month-long stay was super. From our booking to check-in to our exit everything in between was great and well thought out. Our host worked very well with us in a very timely manner. Great communication.The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood on the golf course with access to three pools very close. Sitting in the back porch we experienced golfers on a daily basis. The sand trip made for some interesting observations as well as enjoying the beautiful sunsets.The home is very nice...

「While the house itself was clean, I found the dishes greasy and cutlery dirty. The towels and wash cloths were stained. I've stayed in other VRBO propertys and never had this problem. I was also expected to wash as much of my linens as possible, before checkout. No supplies were left for my use. 「The home was newly furnished and very clean. The owners thought of every need. The golf cart was new and very fun. The location was very convenient to many restaurants and Walmart.」

「Check in instructions did not exist - bedroom TV was not working nor was kitchen disposal - these were quickly fixed. Grill and lanai furniture could be updated. When arrived thorn bushes over ran the patio area - had to cut them down for safety purposes - something that easily could have been seen and addressed prior to arrival. Thks」
