"客室がとても綺麗でした。また、スタッフさんの対応もとても丁寧で、気持ちよくチェックインでしました。 ただ1点だけ、冷蔵庫はスイッチを入れて使うようになっていましたが、スイッチの案内は貼ってあるもののどこにあるのかわからず、結局冷蔵庫が使えませんでした。"

"Very very beautiful with traditional Japanese setting and very roomy. The hotel very safe and staffs were very helpful. Very convenient with washer/dryer inside the room. Also next to train station and bus station. "

"main door access code was not easy to get as the instructions was not clear and straightforward for that, no staff could help at that time which was in the pretty cold night, there was no air cond. inside untill we entered the room, and the hot shower water was not supplied after 3rd family member finish it that 2 families couldn't take a shower in that cold night"
