"We had booked the room , and payed in advance.But there was a 24 hours strike in Italy, so we could not go by train from Rome to Milan . I asked to change the reservation to the next day , but they just ignored my request . So we played for nothing."

"The Woodhouse hotel was our base for attending the Bruce Springsteen concert in Monza, which is just a bus and train ride away. The hotel is no frills, but has all the comfort you need, from good beds to clean rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a shopping mall with a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk and a bus (712) that takes you directly to the metro station at Sesto San Giovanni and from there you can get to central Milan very easily. "It was a nice place to stay the night although it can get a little noisy outside the hotel. The AC didn’t work but that wasn’t a huge problem. "
