Shinjukuの2 Starsホテル

Excellent

This is the place to stay in Tokyo. Great location, tons of food options nearby, close to the train station. Room was nice and clean, full kitchen, and laundry in the room. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right next to Senso-ji Temple. It’s very close to the metro station. The hotel itself is very cozy and nice. The staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. The rooms have enough space to feel welcome and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable too. Very nice hotel.

The management understands the capsule-hotel experience and has designed the experience accordingly. All the features in the individual and shared/common spaces work as advertised, and when one of them (the coffee machine) broke, I could see they immediately had someone working to fix it.

Excellent hotel. You can ride the higashi-42 bus to arrive there from asakusa eki.

I am a Travel Agent and visit lots of properties. Upon entering The Millennials Shibuya I was greeted by a contemporary and hip ambiance. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the unique "Smart Pod" experience. The pods, were comfortable, functional, and allowed for privacy. There was a sense of community and social interactions.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Room is very clean and spacious. Convenient location to trains and lots of amenities nearby including laundromat

Overall very impressed by the hotel. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The hotel is right on top of a station that has a direct line to Narita Airport so there are no transfers needed. There is a nearby supermarket where you can get all the drinks and snacks you need and the Tokyo Skytree Solamachi is also right there with plenty of dining options. The Kura Sushi located in the hotel is also very convenient. A couple of downsides: the room was smaller than I expected for a...

I love that they offer herbal teas. The rooms are bright, clean and very quiet due to sound proofing. Only the room carpet could stand to be cleaned as it had a few stains. But otherwise I would definitely recommend staying here. In fact I have stayed here twice.

Internet connection was fantastic and very much needed, too!!

We enjoyed the hotel stay. There were 4 of us. Two college aged kids on the bunk bed side. Two parents were on the other side. It was good for privacy. There was a floor sitting area with cushions on the bunk bed side. A folding regular chair and a small folding table were provided if needed. The fridge was small, but adequate. There is a rail that is a coat hangar for all of our coats. There was ample space for 4 coats. There was a shoe rack for our shoes, as all hotels are "please remove shoes...

Charming spot at a great price close to all the action but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot for our first few days in Tokyo

This property was very close to the train station, food and shopping. It was easy to find and had great amenities.

I genuinely enjoyed my stay. It was very clean and quiet. It has a great location since it's very close to the train stations. The communication is very good i had no troubles at all. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back soon.
