"Basic hotel, fine for 1-2 nights. Out of the tourist strip but in a good area for street food, markets & local shops. Bonus it had a lift which many hotels in the Galapagos didn’t seem to have, also free drinking water."

"This hotel is located right next to “restaurant row” which is a street with many dining options and geared mostly toward the tourists. The hotel A/C and Wi-Fi worked well, and I had a comfortable night here. There is a motion sensor hall light that shines into the room through the top windows and some noise as they walk by. "Loved the hotel, we stayed in the Sun & Moon room which had its own turret! We had two outdoor areas to relax on. Great views. Pool was a life saver on a hot day. Breakfast was very nice "

"Excellent location and room was great value for money. However since I work online my stay was not all that pleasing. Despite the facilities listed when you look at rooms before reserving, there was only wifi near the reception and pool. The first day the aircon wasnt working, the second day there was no water for a while. I then waited half an hour at the desk to ask somebody to fix it. Perhaps they could improve the description to avoid misunderstandings..."

"The upstairs deck is beautiful - really nice place to hang out at night. Daytime it is scaldingly hot out there starting about 7 AM, though. Zeida was so sweet - she's the one that makes (a really nice) breakfast in the morning. Always a smile, always pleasant, and works with you when you speak to her in broken Spanish, without judgment. "This is a really nice property, but for me a pool is very important when I stay at a resort. The pool water was cloudy and not very appealing/inviting. The area around the pool itself was great."

"Great room, helpful staff WHEN they were available. Front desk closes at 6:30. I had told them beforehand that I would arrive around 7. My boat into town was half an hour late. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....
