"Staff was very kind. I came in around midnight and they made sure someone kept an eye out for me juat in case I got lost. Excellent dinner recommendations and they made the reservation for me. Very cozy. The stairs are a bit steep for anyone who has accessability issues"

"The hostel was comfortable overall. The bathrooms were not that clean as the other hostels I’ve been at in Japan but still bearable. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Only issue is the shoes (which you have to remove before getting in the beds section are placed within the dorm itself giving a nauseating smell for who is close to them, maybe place them outside?staff overall friendly and lounge really nice and equipped "

"GreT location within easy walking distance of Osaka Stn. Plenty of restaurant choice for meals or just coffee. Easy to get to subway and JR Lines and therefore sights."

"Staffs were very friendly and helpful. My friend lost her wallet and they helped us contact the police even though it was close to midnight. The hotel in overall was shiny clean and in walking distance from almost all famous tourist attractions in Kobe city, the closest being the China Town. Totally recommend! "

"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

"My mom and I stayed for a few days so we could have a resting place. It was a good idea for us. The room was a bit small so hanging out in it meant laying in bed. If I was looking for a place to sleep or are traveling alone it would be more fitting. "
