"Nice people and so accommodating "

"I had an issue with my original room where the door handle broke off the main door to my room from the interior. I am a very non confrontational person and so it took a lot to even tell the front desk since it went back on and was useable, but when I did tell them Jim was incredibly helpful. He not only moved me to a new room but upgraded me to a nicer room at no extra charge for the inconvenience and also made sure that I was in the safest possible room as I was traveling alone. "

"Nice hotel overlooking the beach. No elevators. Easy parking. Not near too much in terms of walking but close restaurants via a short drive."
