「Awesome and polite staff and hotel 👍」

「Couldn’t control the temperature (no thermostat in the room). In the bathroom, there was no facecloths. The first time we had to wash our hands, had to wait for 7-8 minutes for hot water. Beds and pillows very comfortable.」

「The room I was in was newly renovated an actually ok. However, there was no hot water in the morning. There was a Kureig but no pods or coffee cups. And people were smoking on both the 2nd and 3rd floors as I was walking up. Oh yes the elevator was broken - it was ok on a 3rd floor walk up but I don't think that was originally advertised. It also looks like a horror movie until you actually get inside the room. The staff was very nice and accommodating however there's no person at the front all...

「The location was excellent. Parking a little bit of a challenge. The room was clean and with lots of thoughtful things like personal toothbrush and slippers. The restaurant was good food and good service. Housekeeping was amazing. Very helpful. Unfortunately there was construction out front at night which made falling asleep a little more difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「When I pulled up the place wreaked of Pot. My room was tiny. I order a pizza and they said they would call when it was done. They forgot. When I picked it up it was not hot.」
