"Apartment 1 at the Chapel is an amazing place to stay. A thoroughly up to date contemporary interior retaining loads of its architectural heritage, its a real home from home. The bedrooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice and the living area is impressive both for its spaciousness and light trough the tall windows. "I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a work stay. The bell tent was very comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available including an electric blanket as it was cold. The facilities are just what’s needed. The breakfast in the summer house was a great start to the day, a great selection to choose from. A lovely setting and I had dinner in a local pub, The Pheasant. Good food and good service all round. "

"Sarah, the owner, gave fantastic service and made great efforts to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Lusty Glaze beach (or Newquay beach/town centre), the breakfast was reasonably priced as an extra, and parking was free. The room was basic and a little tired, but given the positives it was good value for money. Wouldn’t have stayed if planning to spend lots of time in the room, but was a great base to explore."

"The Nook was exceptionally clean and everything looked as if it were never used before. The kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable and a smart tv in room meant I could relax and watch a movie. It was only 15 minute walk to town. The place itself was a bit hard to find. Google maps were sending me close but I eventually had to ask a local where Alexander road was."

"A very clean and comfortable inn, but not a truly good hotel. The staff, while very nice and helpful, are not available much of the time, the location is somewhat far from the city center and there is no bus service, only taxis which do not operate all the time…I felt the place is truly an inn—mostly a bar/limited restaurant with some nice rooms to let…For guests with their own cars, I’m sure it is far more satisfactory. "
