「Lovely host who gives great suggestions for the local area. We stayed in the annexe and it was ideal for our needs of a weekend in Newquay.」

「Breakers is a short walk from Fistral Beach and Newquay, the double room was a good size, bed was comfy and room was clean. Shared bathroom was clean and there was a couple available so didn't cause an issue. A great value place to stay to have easy access to Newquay, there is on street parking which was full, but a public car park is available over the road, for £8 for 24 hours.」

「Like: nice Appartment. Short walking distance to the beach. Nice view. Nice kitchen. Dislikes: booked for 3 persons. For the 3rd person only a narrow camp bed available (no Sofa sleeping bed). Dirty bed linen :(」

「back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. 」
