"Bellissima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’hotel seppur piccolo è molto accogliente e ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa. C ’è la possibilità di riservare per 1 ora una sauna/onsen privata, bellissimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Se devo trovare un punto sfavorevole è il rumore che si sente degli altri ospiti. Ma per la bellezza del locale e del luogo, si puó certamente chiudere un occhio :)"

The staff were so helpfull , even organised tickets for komagatake ropeway for us.
The hotel is very clean and has great views of the surrounding mountains."
