「The room was clean and towels and linen changed every other day. The staff were amazing and helpful. We didn’t use the pool area as was up and out every morning. All in all it was a lovely hotel and everwhere for us was within walking distance. Having the supermarket next door was a plus, couple of minutes walk to the beachfront, cafes and bars. 」

「We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. 「I keep returning to this hotel as location is great, bus service great and warm and friendly staff. The rooms are large and well equiped. You can walk straight onto rhe beach and transport to Chania or Kolmbari is excellent. You can walk along the beach for miles. Very relaxing location. Easy to get to the airport. What is not to like? Shout out to Yanis. Kind and generous. We shared Raki together. 」
