"Mycket fin hotell, vänlig personal social Mr Duc som hjälpte oss med tidig incheckning. Vi fick vårt rum kl7 på morgonen trots att incheckning tiden är 14:00. Rummen är stora rena och mycket bekväma sängar och även balkongen som är inte så vanligt i Vietnam "

"The family that run the hotel make the experience they are really helpful and accommodating. Helped us book Halong Bay tour and our bus back to Hanoi. Spoke good English which is helpful. Rooms were a little dated but were comfortable and a decent size. For the price you can not fault this hotel. Would recommend. "

"Amazing hotel for the price, the rooftop is stunning. Power goes out sometimes but this is no issue of the hotel as when we went out you could see it was the whole city. The main issue for this is the elevator doesnt work so if you have mobility issues ask to stay near the lobby floor. They did have us out of the pool twice in one day to add chemicals but it was okay, it would help to have more shade on the roof as it got too hot. breakfast was good but no coffee which we thought was strange....

"Average hotel. Nothing much to complaint except a moldy smell in the room due to the room being empty for a while. Near to Vincom Centre and wet market is a plus. "

"I had a very excellent stay at the BBQ Hostel, Ms. Dinh helped me a lot with the travel/transportation and trip arrangements. Many thanks for the great support. I’m just wondering why the BBQ Hostel got only 2* in Hotels.com? The interior is new and modern and I had my own bathroom for an affordable price. There are still some construction ongoing in the area but it didn’t bother me at all. I will definitely come back if near by."

"No good, old buiding, rude and sly manager, he lied about the occupancy of the hotel only bevause wanted to cash more money for national holiday in haphong city so wanted me to delete my booking,but i could not because i paid in advance. So he had to confirm my booking. So, he gave me a 4th floor room ,no elevator,very steep.and we didnot argue. Sum up :his attitude was just bad, like a real unpleasant unqualified host can have. "This is a nice hotel nothing fancy. Clean room cold AC small TV but right in the middle of Catba. There is also a restaurant and Cafe in lobby, I got a fruit drink and some coffee it was great and very reasonably priced. It's a little hard to find on GPS I don't think they have the address correct. Overall I would stay there again. Oh yeah and if you're looking just to relax in your room they do have a few English TV channels."

"The hotel is brand new so the condition was great. The hotel staff was very friendly, gave me tips and suggestions on where to eat and what to do on the island. He even dropped me off on his bike so I don't have to walk all the way to the bus stop with my bad. The only thing was that the nearest beach was closed for construction so the walk was very long to another beach. The hotel is very close to the main road where all the restaurants are.
