「Hair in bathtub.」

「I booked this hotel because of the reviews???(do not believe reviews) it was terrible after driving all day to get to this location, no staff onsite, you have to stand out in the cold to phone a number to get the key which is the mailbox. I would have cancelled if we were earlier! Nothing worked, TV no signal, sink didn't drain, toilet seat moves andthe link was broken. I will attach pictures, THIS IS NOT QUIET OR PEACEFUL!!! SEMI TRUCKS NON STOP ALL NIGHT WITH JAKE BRAKES AS THIS IS THE TOP OF...

「Super cold, despite cranking heat. Had to sleep in my heated jacket. Bedroom smelled like death and creepy, so slept in bed in kitchen. Not very secure, thin door, could hear everything outside. Found a spider between two pillows, very cramped and dated. Only thing good was breakfast and price. I know motels in the area are very dated, I’ve stayed at others in the area and were way better -even though it was dated. I booked two nights and checked out, barely 10 hrs after getting there. 」

「Good location, property in a descent condition, good rooms for a motel format, good staff. A note of caution for future guests, the main floor rooms are at a disadvantage, because of impact noise from the upper floor. Apparently, the floor acoustic insulation is not very good, so upper guests simply walking or moving a chair may be a nuisance for your night sleep. Had we known that, we would have asked for an upper floor room for sure.」

「Cleanest,calm environment,helpful staff and all kitchen amenities were provided.You just bring your food with you.have been there 2 times and already planning to book em in summer.my family specially my kids love it.What else do we want.」

「This motel is located between Lake Louise and Revelstoke. I went to Moraine Lake and climbed to Sentinel Pass. Golden has some restaurants including Chinese, Japanese and Korean food. Also there are several food stores and liquor shops. 」
