"Easy option if visiting Xavier or Cincinnati !"

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up there is a fee not listed for 50 dollars (refundable) and having to pay for parking is kind of frustrating. Hotel is very nice and clean. Pool is nice breakfast was good. Overall would return. "

"Stayed one night for a show at the Taft Theatre. The staff were super friendly and helpful - they informed us of a trolley that runs every 15 minutes for $1/ride that’s a lot cheaper than paying for parking. The room was very clean. The bed was comfy. The only drawbacks were the AC unit being a little bit older, it didn’t work as well as we wanted it to. And in the morning housekeeping started knocking on doors to clean rooms before 8am which woke us up. Overall I think that the hotel was a...

"I appreciated the gentleman who checked us in. I had called earlier that day to make sure I was in a handicap room. At that time, I wasn't. However, by the time we got there, I was assigned a handicapped room. We had also requested connecting rooms. They were also able to accommodate us with that. That was the good part. When we got in the room, I was not able to roll my wheelchair between the bed and the dresser, I was also not able to roll between the beds. Luckily, I'm able to walk...

"I usually stay here. The only odd thing is the desk clerk couldn't understand I canceled a rez for the weekend I visited because of medical things. The medical things cleared and I reupd my reservation. I do think she would have charged me twice if I hadn't gotten annoyed. "

"It was a quick stop for us. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Large clean rooms, continental breakfast in the morning to get you on your way. Would stay here again for sure. "

"Had a great weekend at the hotel. Was very clean and comfortable. Was reading reviews about the towels but we had no issues. Pool towel are now at the front desk which I think is very fair. Very clean very nice. The only “issue” is the pool was very cold but we had a great time in the hot tub"
