「Condo was exactly as presented. Well appointed. Everything needed for a stay including lotion (which I forgot) and a steamer for clothes. Location is excellent. A brief walk to the beach. A couple of hours from St. Augustine. Wonderful restaurants nearby.」

「The property was lovely. It was too cold to use the pool but it was private and would be wonderful in warm weather. The room was close to the tennis and pickleball courts but the sound was not heard unless on the balcony. We found it enjoyable to sit and watch the players. The way it is set up the balcony still felt private. Tons of wonderful food options close by. The location was a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again!」

「The house was very well-equipped with beach towels, beach gear, bikes, and kitchen and bathroom amenities. The golf cart made it very easy to get to the beach and saved our minivan from the inevitable invasion of sand. The home felt spacious and was very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was calm and safe, and was conveniently located near the beach making it a short trip there. 「This space was perfect for what we needed. I hosted a planning retreat for a group of nonprofit directors, and it was plenty of room. The public beach access is kind of close, but the view of the beach is limited from the porch. A couple of notes: if you want to accommodate a large-ish group, it’s fantastic. Lots of room to congregate and spread out. It would not be great if you have kids and want to transport a bunch of stuff to the beach - it would probably be a bit of a pain. It looks like...
