「Loved the pool facilities, spaces to walk, gondola. Bar staff and bar service, seating wonderful. Loved the Chacouteri board, went to both. Can’t really rave about the Forte except for the Caesar salad. Room and view wonderful, again staff excellent. 」
「This is a fun old historic lodge, and so you will have to adjust to not every room having a bathroom. Our room, number 9, was large, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, and the Tavern, where you eat dinner, is great. The chef, Nicola, is outstanding, serving up numerous draft beers and creating great daily dishes--his Halibut was the best of the trip! Even if you don't stay here, visit Trappers Tavern for dinner! 」
