「A lovely little hotel in a nice location. The owner of the hotel was VERY helpful to me during a difficult time. A good friend had just died in a hospital in Anchorage a couple of hours earlier and I needed a place to stay for two or three nights near Anchorage while assisting his wife during this devastating time for her. 「My son and I enjoyed our stay at Alaska Glacier Lodge between May 17 - May 19, 2024. Alaska Glacier Lodge is situated in a unique place surrounded by lakes and mountains. Unique sunset and sunrise, gorgeous area, breathtaking views, excellent customer service. You could get a helicopter glacier tour right from the property. 「This place was very cozy. The owner Luann was very knowledgeable about the area. We wanted something not quite in the middle of everything and this was perfect. Explored Wrangell StElias NP quite a bit which was spectacular! Although this is no longer a B&B we knew that when we booked. There were other options in the area still open for the season such as Nummys in Copper Center, which was amazingly good!!!!」

「Wonderful wilderness adventure. I’m a single female who traveled solo. Felt completely safe. 1.25 mile easy hiking trail to an amazing lake. Spotted a bald eagle’s net and was able to watch the eaglets get fed. I loved the cozy cabin with a snuggly soft bed. I would definitely recommend. 」
