"Great base in Padang if going to Islands. Check in was easy and Single room was very clean and basic. Staff are friendly and help with travel and tips for islands etc. I'd stay again if passing through Padang."

"As I was demanded payment again, I have to leave because they do not believe I paid Orbitz upfront, complaining they got payment very late or they had switched to pay to the hotel directly while checking in."

"Money was stolen out of my room when I went to the bathroom and hotel staff wasn't at all helpful. The hallways were rarely swept and were very dirty. Someone wore their shoes in the bathroom and it took all day for the dirt to be cleaned up. Water wasn't replaced often enough, so you had to go to another floor to get water, and once had to go all the way to the lobby for water. "
