"This is a newly built hotel. However, activity is limited at this hotel. The pool is closing early daily (6 pm). The cafe/ rooftop restaurant has not been completed therefore it's not in operation at the time of our stay. The view of the Bay Area is pretty good from the 22nd floor where we stayed. This pproperty is located in the city center, it is very convenient to move around the city from the hotel. ATM is available within the building. Rooms are clean, modern and well-lit. "Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"
