「We’ve been staying in Wyndham Opi for two times. Ants were on the console table before we requested the housekeeping staff to clean. We offered into a new room the second night 」

「Stay 2night 3days at this hotel. Room is clean and furniture is made by real wood which feel so comfortable. Bathroom is very clean also and hav a beautiful bathtub. Room interior is very nice. Feels like u have a very nice second house. Breakfast is amazing and eat at garden view restaurant. Fresh Indonesian fruits also taste & looks very good. Dinner, they can give me the choice spicy level. So, I was fully satisfied. 」

「空港から車で10分。予約後にホテルに電話すると空港まで無料送迎してくれます。 コテージみたいなスタイルのホテル、ホテルの敷地がすごく広々とした庭付きなので、のんびりできます。 緩いですがホットシャワーでした！ ホテルから歩いて5分くらいのところに食堂が何件かあります。 メダン市内までは1時間近くかかってタクシー代も結構高いのでトランジットの為に泊まるだけなら、最高の場所と十分な設備でした。 次の日5:30am出発予定だったので、朝食が食べれないか聞いたところお弁当とお茶を用意してくれ感動しました。全てのスタッフの対応も素晴らしくメダンの中では最高のホテルだと思います。」

「Front desk staffs could not confirm my payment completion because Expedia had not informed that I have already paid by credit card. They need the confirmation but in vain. We spent more than 1.5 hour at the frontdesk for check-in. Finally I had to agree to pay a deposit till the payment is confirmed. What is worse, it happened on not only me but my colleague. 「部屋が広く快適だった。ショッピングモールも近く、買い物にも不自由しない。朝食のバイキングは数が少なく、インドネシア料理もイマイチだが、ランプンのホテルとしては衛生面も安心で良好なホテルだと思う。」
