"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. This relatively new property maintains excellent cleanliness standards. Standard rooms match premium Western hotels, while unique themed options include a PC-bang room with gaming computers and anime décor - a fun Korean touch.
We booked a handicap accessible room that had grab bars and wide doors, but significant issues remained. The tub-only bathroom made showering impossible for mobility-impaired guests, and the heavy room door was difficult for elderly visitors using walkers or wheelchairs.
Staff provided consistently professional and friendly service. The breakfast buffet offered Western, Korean, and Chinese options but lacked variety, staying identical throughout our stay.
