"A nice hotel, right by the train station. Possibly a bit overpriced. I enjoyed the terrace, although other guests were smoking right near by and it filled our room and drove us off :-/ Otherwise a good stay."
"Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay."
"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.

"The hotel had KO air conditioning and they claimed was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay, this made every night unbearable in the heat. There was also not reception or bar services for two of our days staying at the hotel "

"We had a fabulous stay here.The property was beautiful & the included breakfast was top notch with food being constantly refreshed.The staff were all lovely and it felt like you mattered to them.
Fantastic proximity to train station & U bahn making it easy to get around the city & transfer to the airport.(although we mainly walked everywhere)
Despite it raining for 4 days whilst we were in Vienna, we loved the city and would definitely stay here again."
