The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. - Alpine spa haven with mountain views, hot springs, and outdoor adventures offers active relaxation in nature.
"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.

"Pænt hotel med god beliggenhed.
Værelserne er ikke alt for store, men det er nyt og moderne.
Et minus for mig at der ikke var nogen kaffemaskine på værelset.
Men alt i alt et godt hotel."

"Very nice hotel, when I'm in that area I always book this hotel. The structure is simply excellent and also convenient when I travel with public transportation since it is very close to the railway station.
Team is also very friendly, room very modern and absolutely clean, breakfast ok.
