「Wonderful hotel run by wonderful people. This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast. 「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」

「Soggiorniamo all'Hotel Sorriso, sempre di passaggio, un paio di volte l'anno e ogni volta siamo sorpresi dall'empatia e dalla genuina cortesia dei gestori e del personale. Apprezziamo anche il cibo, fatto con ingredienti di qualità, cucinato con competenza e servito senza inutili fronzoli. Il tutto a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Per noi, una tappa sempre molto piacevole.」
