"Support on the phone was great since our registration online was not completed. They gave us codes for our rooms. However, the address was confusing because the address does not take you to the "real"entrance. GPS takes you to the back of the building where the 2 doors were closed with no explanation about how to get to rooms. "The staff were very nice and accommodating! The building and room looked clean and well taken care of. The only negative that I already knew about is that you don't necessarily have easy access to Europa Park and the walk to the Park Entrance is very far since you are unable to use their onsite hotel entrance to access the park. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Rust!"

We were delighted.
The room was the usual size but well appointed with a great powerful shower and unusually a heat lamp to help you stay cosy while getting dried!
We ate in the restaurant and the food was enjoyable. Breakfast had a good selection of items too.
We used the garage to park our cycles and the racks were easy to access and seemed secure. The town centre wasn't too far away and there was nice parkland nearby for walks."
