My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. "I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

"Room was clean and in order. Location is accesible to public transpiration . Kitchen was ok but there’s a pungent smell when I opened the dishwasher . There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . The main door can be opened even without entering a code to open, I found this unsafe because anyone can gain access inside the property. "

"In five weeks of travel in Europe we had our best sleep here.everything was clean, the bed was comfy and we could actually adjust the room temperature so it was comfortable to sleep. Breakfast was amazing! Quality, variety, quantity… We locked our power converter in our car in a locked parking garage. Front desk found us one! We would definitely go back again! "

"We booked one of the best suites (508 I guess). I am a Gold Member of hotels.com I have been there guest more than 3 times in the last 6 years, always booking the best suites. Actually very nice memories with my daughter there. This last time I unfortunately left my solar power-bank when we left. I immediately called the hotel. After a few hours they told me that they had found it, and that it would be stored in the lost found box. It would be stored for 3 months. I have been there since three times asking for my power-bank and they say, they have seen it (even told me it was a black solar power-bank) but they no longer have it. What kind of answer is that? So ADVICE. Don´t forget your valuables there, cleaning might find them, but in the reception they will get lost! Very sad! "

"Ich war fünf Tage lang in Karlsruhe und mein Aufenthalt im Quadro City Hotel war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügte über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die mir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichten. Es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber keine Kaffeemaschine, was ich mir gewünscht hätte. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage mit guter Anbindung an das Zentrum von Karlsruhe, den Hauptbahnhof, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und alles andere, was die Stadt zu bieten hat."
