Good but disturbed by noise on hot nights

The location of this property is very good - right next to a tram stop, a short walk to Zurich Enge station (direct trains to airport and shops), and within easy walking distance of Zurich See (lake). It is in a pleasant neighbourhood which felt safe. The apartment was clean and the cooking facilities a great way to stay in this very expensive city in a more economical manner. The only criticism was that it lacks air con and whilst it had a ceiling fan it was largely ineffective. Consequently on the hot days that we stayed we had to have to windows open all night which meant little sleep because of the noise of trams, other traffic and people outside. For this we deduct two points. If you are going at a cooler period I guess this wouldn't be an issue.

Freundliches Personal, eins von 2 Zimmern war allerdings zwar sauber doch nicht richtig gelüftet: es roch stark nach indischem Essen, das wohl vom Vormieter gekocht wurde. Bedingt durch eine Tramhaltestlle unter dem Fenster war es nachst sehr laut.

Great serviced apartment

Great little apartment, very easy to check in and very convenient for lake Zurich - which is a couple of minutes away. Convenient for the local train station and the city. Fully equipped, very hot inside and quite cosy.

Enge駅から徒歩5分ほどで、スーツケースを転がしながら歩いても無理のある距離ではありません。トラムの停留所が目の前なので、そちらを使ってもなお便利です。 滞在した部屋が4階でエレベーターがありませんでしたので、体力のない方やご高齢の方には厳しいかもしれません。 PCでWi-fiを使おうとしたらうまくログインできませんでしたが、チェックイン時のアスコットホテルの方に聞いたら、簡単にできました。ホテルの方も皆親切でした。 室内の設備は全て揃っていると言えます。洗濯機の使い方がいまいち分かりませんでしたが、まあきれいにできました。暑い頃でしたが、天井のシーリングファンや各部屋の扇風機があったので、快適でした。 空港からも乗り換えなしでEnge駅まで行けますし、次回も利用したいです。階段さえ苦にならなければ、是非お勧めの滞在先です。

We landed at Zurich airport at 10.30 p.m. and got to the Seestrasse Apartments Drei Koenige at 11.00 p.m. and had to got to the Hotel Ascot, 5 minutes from the Apartments to check-in and get the keys, information that was not available when I booked nor communicated to me ahead of the trip. The apartment we had was clean but is right by the street and even though not really noisy, still not very well isolated soundwise, so you can hear the traffic (Tram & cars). It is not a serious issue but when you travel for work, it matters. Overall, the stay was fine. Yet I can't stay it was great.

Great stay but the hotel ascot places a hold on the credit card that shows up as the grand Fujiyan restaurant. I was not aware of the connection and ended up cancelling my card because I thought it was a fraudulent charge.

Der Check-In und der Check-out erfolgen nicht an der Übernachtungsadresse sondern in einem 400m entfernten Hotel. Dort könnte man dann auch frühstücken. Leider fehlt dieser Hinweis in der Beschreibung des Hotels. Sind 800m mit Gepäck. Die Kapseln des Kaffeeautomaten (2 mal Kaffee, 1 mal Tee) sind nur am ersten Tag mit dabei. Danach werden Sie nicht aufgefüllt.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut und ebenfalls sehr gut erreichbar. Die Nähe zur Straßenbahn war bekannt, ist aber trotzdem gewöhnungsbedürftig und laut.
