A+ experience

The front desk lady was excellent. When the restaurant charged me for breakfast by mistake, she made an extra effort to refund me the money. Very impressive, I really enjoyed the stay.

Ez a szálloda a 3 csillagot se érdemli meg!

Számomra elképesztő hogy ez a szálloda 4 csillaggal rendelkezik.. a zuhanyzóban és mosdókagylóban állt a víz az első nap után. Az éjjeli szekrények ragadtak, a poharak piszkosak voltak, a Mini bárban a víz fel volt bontva. A “wellness részleg” siralmas volt, a csempék fel vannak válva, a vakolat omlik. A kinti medence élhetetlenül hideg, és fura volt hogy úszómester sincs, aki felügyelte volna a medencéket. Ha az ember napozni szeretett volna, számolnia kellett a szálloda melletti lovardából áradó szarszaggal. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, az ételek is finomak voltak. Rengeteg lehetőség lenne ebben a szállodában, ha felújítanák és jobban odafigyelnének a wellness és medencék állapotára és bővítésére.

Hotel discreto ma non aspettatevi un vero 4 stelle

L'hotel è un po datato e non offre i servizi di un 4 stelle. Personalmente ho dovuto richiedere la pulizia della stanza quotidianamente che mi hanno messo in conto 10 euro al giorno. Dietro mia contestazione mi hanno rimborsato. Non è stato piacevole. Ma riconosco la loro volontà nel voler rimediare.

Lidt slidt og gammeldags værelse. Stille og roligt. Lidt uangageret personale, og maden var ikke særligt spændende. Buffet med 3 slags kød, kartofler og lidt salat. Det smagte dog ok, og hyggeligt med levende musik til maden. Fantastiskt wellness-område, med stor udenførspool, og flere forskellige indendørs pools. Sauna, steamroom, fitness-center og en fantastisk massør. Jeg fandt det dog en smule irriterende, at der, meget grundigt, bliver udspecificeret i Room-manualen, at ALT koster penge. Helt ned til de små shampoo-flasker på badeværelset. Og det blev understreget, at ødelægges noget, skal det erstattes. Tænker, at det “goes without saying”. Men måske er det bare mig, der ikke er vant til denne politik. Alt i alt et ok ophold, specielt på grund af wellness-området.

Nicht tierfreundlich 👎

Wir waren enttäuscht das der Aussenpool geschlossen war und das Tauchbecken vor den Saunen nicht in Betrieb war! Aus den Duschen kam nur warmes Wasser…also musste man in die Umkleide um sich zu erfrischen! Am Hotel wird gebaut und Baulärm ab morgens vorhanden! Für unseren Hund bezahlten wir 14 Euro am Tag! Es gab nirgends einen Wassernapf o.ä. und wir wurden mehrfach gebeten ihn nicht mit zum Essen zu bringen obwohl wir Abends im Außenbereich saßen! Hundefreundliches Hotel ist es definitiv nicht!

Ár-érték arányos szálloda

A foglalásban fel volt tüntetve a szobához tartozó erkély, de tetőtéri szobát kaptunk. Jeleztük ezt, elnézést kértek és azonnal kaptunk egy erkélyes szobát. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A wellnessben az élménymedence lehetne kicsit melegebb. Negatívum, hogy este 8 körül már nem volt meleg víz a zuhanyzóban.

Es war alles sauber und ordentlich.Das Personal freundlich aber keiner sprach deutsch und das ist schlecht in so einem guten Hotel. International heißt nicht allein nur englisch zu sprechen,auch wenn das heute modern ist.

Gut: Preis – Leistung ok Eine Übernachtung für Durchfahrt gesucht - Günstig gelegen, da nicht weit weg von der Autobahn Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus Große, helle Zimmer mit guten Betten. Toller Pool bei heißen Temperaturen Etwas schlecht: Essen nach 20 Uhr, auch eine Kleinigkeit nicht mehr möglich – natürlich sehr ungünstig wenn man später anreist ! Terasse vorhanden, konnte aber leider morgens um 08:30 Uhr bei sehr warmen Temperaturen nicht zum Frühstück genutzt werden.

A szállodában nem volt az általunk rendelt comfort szoba, illetve, ott nincs ilyen elnevezés.De nem tettek, kísérletet sem, hogy bennünket a rendelt felszereltségű szobába helyezzenek, elnézést sem kértek, miért nem náluk foglaltuk a szállást.. távozáskor "természetesen" már az általunk foglalt, drágább szobát akarták felszámolni, hosszas huzavona után sikerült az olcsóbb szobát fizetnünk. Egy elnézést kérünk sokat javított volna a hangulatunkon, de erre várhattunk

Not bad hotel to sleep 1 night, but top floor is improved attic with low ceiling by angle, at night i hitted with my head very much, take care and dont take top floor rooms. Very bad english by personnel.

Modernes Hotel mit umfassenden Sportmöglichkeiten

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und relativ groß. Der vorhandene Safe war nützlich. Es gibt ein großes Gelände um das Hotel herum. Das Frühstücksangebot war umfassend. Das Essen im Restaurant war ebenfalls gut und preiswert mit der gebuchten Halb-Pension. Die Stadt war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da das Hotel außerhalb der Stadt liegt, ist es recht ruhig.

Saubere Zimmer, netter Service, insgesamt guet Ausstattung. Das Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage, abseits der Touristenströme. Einzig das Wlan hat eine sehr geringe Verfügbarkeit.

Spa-Bereich sehr unschön

Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen guten Eindruck, auch wenn es sehr abseits in einem kleinen Ort gelegen ist. Der angepriesene und sehr gut fotografierte SPA_Bereich aber war eher ein Witz. Relativ klein und dreckig! Von dem komischen Gerüchen abgesehen ist dieser doch renovierungsbedürftig, da auch schon zahlreiche Farbe abblätterte. Der Service an der Rezeption war aber sehr nett!

Zufriedene Kunden

Wir sind für eine Nacht im Hotel abgestiegen. Trotz späten Eintreffens wurde das Küchenteam noch aktiviert und eine gute Mahlzeit serviert. Keine Probleme, auf ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon umzubuchen. Aufmerksamer Service beim Frühstück. Für die Rückfahrt haben wir das gleiche Zimmer schon vorgebucht.
