「Great breakfast, nice clean basic room with a good view, and an easy walk to and from Minca. 」

「The owners are excellent. They attend to any requests. They speak many languages. Rooms are clean, quiet, with fan and air conditioning The property beach is lovely. If walk down to the fishing village unfortunately it is littered with garbage and animal feces. Sadly this is present in many countries. Hopefully with time and education this global problem of pollution will be solved. But the hotel is very relaxing and tranquil with lovely owners. Food is perfection!!!!」

「A première vue l’endroit n’est pas très attirant. Mais une fois installé, nous sommes en mesure d’apprécier les infrastructures de l’hôtel. La piscine est très agréable et la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. C’était un peu bruyant le jour étant donné la construction juste à côté de l’hôtel. Bien que l’endroit est pratique si l’on cherche près de l’aéroport, on entend bien le passage de chaque arrivée et départ des avions. Le personnel était très sympa et attentif à nos besoins. 」

「The property had stunning views of the ocean, with all the bells and whistles of outdoor furniture. The pool does not have anti slip strips on stairs though and I fell hard on my spine. I wrote up a statement as requested and never heard a word from them. Not even a follow up on how I was feeling. When reported, they said they would view pool cameras. 5 hours later I went down and they handed me a pen and paper and told me write what happened. I spent the rest of my time there bed ridden and...

「El servicio al cliente fue excelente, excepto el Spa. Ayer fuimos 4 personas ( buenos clientes) pero el personal no fue amable, no saluda, mi masaje no se si fue muscular o de relajación. Se acabo el masaje, ofrecieron el turco o el sauna, pero ni siquiera alguien me dijo donde era. Hoy preferimos ir al Hilton para los masajes. Un poco mas caro, pero la atención fue mucho mejor del cielo a la tierra」
