「Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). 「There were 3 cockroaches on bed when I opened the door. And a few more on the walls and toilet. We were told breakfast will start at 6:30. But yet, they started to serve it after 7:15 2 times during our 4 days stay. The reception said "the chef is late on his way". There was not even apologies. The wifi was there but in my room there was not signal. We were there for business, amd we cant work efficiently in that kind of environment. So we wanted to shorten our stay at this lodge, but...

「Facilities are acceptable level. Supermakets locats in just 2min walk. We had some option for breakfast. But it was served very slowly. We waited for 25min since we ordered it at 7am. The same restaurant for breakfast in the hotel provides Italian food at night which were tasty. 」

「We found the property to be quite nice in Zambian standards. Power backup, hot water, many appliances, wifi, clean & safe. It was a wonderful place to stay while enjoying all that Livingstone has to offer!」

「The rooms were dusty and i have a sensitive nose. The water had to be turned on outside making it difficult for someone who wanted to bath early. No WIFI was the biggest no-no. I would not recommend, even to my worst enemy. They need to improve」

"ルサカのホリデーインは2度と使用したくない。レストランの朝食対応で非常に嫌な思いをした。朝食後、車に移動し発車の準備をしていたところスタッフに窓をノックされ怖い思いをした。朝食のサインに戻ってくれと言われ車までダイニングのスタッフがきた。そのようなことは、ダイニングで速やかに済ませるような体勢にしてほしい。急いでいるからレセプションで全て対応するようにしてくれと頼んだが、連泊していることを知らせるまでは動いてくれなかった。また、チェックアウトの日の朝、９時ごろポロシャツを着たスタッフがチェックアウトの様子を確認に来て驚かされた。普通、そのようなサービスはない。特に問題ないこと伝え、10時ごろポーターを頼むことを伝えたが、その後レセプションに電話しても２０分ほどスタッフが来なかった。シャワーのホースが壊れていて、シャワーの水がシャワーボックルガイの床を濡らし不便だった。 "
