很棒的民宿，只是比較遠

這裡是一間感覺就很舒適的郊區民宿，我當初是因為趕著在出發前一個星期訂的，所以這裡距離新幹線車站比較遠，但是大大降低我的預算相較於大火車站附近。 外觀看起來就是很大的日式深山家庭的樣子，房間不多，我猜是6間吧。 一進去主人就馬上解釋哪裡放雪靴，滑板與各項設施。 這裡有大客廳讓客人去使用，雖然很冷，但是電熱毯桌子好舒服，在那裡吃了小7買的需微波晚餐，還有熱水泡茶，大電視看日本綜藝節目，哈 沒想到還有公眾浴池，很棒啊以民宿來說!可以一次泡四個人的溫泉喔 早餐很營養豐富，因為主人家也會吃，所以食材不馬虎喔！請看我的照片嘍 雖然遠離各地，但是主人會馬上問你隔天行程，去哪滑雪，何時載你去與回來，其實沒啥交通問題只要你都想好，照時間表走就好。 適合最多到四個人來住，開車更好，都有位子停，白天外面的精緻很美啊！

so so. 숙박객에 대한 대응이 미숙합니다.

첫 날, 수건 배부가 없었습니다. 늦게 숙소에 들어오는 바람에 안내를 받을 수 없었는데, 그 실수로 인해 씻고 난 후 수건 없이 굉장히 불편했습니다. 숙소의 주인들은 다음 날, "sorry" 라고 짧게 대응했고 퇴실하는 시간까지 그 말을 들을 일은 많았습니다. 저희 룸이 있는 3층은 와이파이조차 잡히지 않았고, 주인은 그 사실을 몰랐던 모양. 자초지종 설명을 했지만 건조하게 역시 "sorry"하고 끝이었습니다. 전체적으로 청결했고 아늑했지만 서비스와 대응이 아쉬웠습니다.

friendly and well managed guesthouse

Well managed guesthouse with great service. Very friendly owner who took care of us and offered free shuttle transport to nearby ski resorts. Very clean too.

人柄はいいですが、

昭和感がすごかった、自販機も使えないしお金も飲み込まれた。使い方を間違えたのかなぜか素泊まりになって食事代を請求された、子供達には不評でした。もう少し良く調べて予約すれば良かったです。
