"Our entire stay was wonderful! I stayed with two of my children while house hunting. It was very clean, very very nicely decorated, and I just really enjoyed everything. Food was great and the owners were amazing! So helpful especially with it being our first time in Japan. My family will definitely be coming back! It was honestly such a relief to meet such nice people through our travels! They really did go above and beyond!"

Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."
