"Such a beautiful place to stay! The Kaiseki experience and the traditional Japanese setting, we loved it! Staff is very friendly and even helped us to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Not to mention the amazing views while you are soaking in onsen. "

"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

"It is a simple ryokan which shows how it used to be. Very serene and quiet place with a small but beautiful onsen (hot pool and outside rockpool). Right there he walk to the Buddhist temple along the Kansii River starts. A most outstanding forest walk with many Buddhist features along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and that 2 hour walk."

"Fantastic breakfast service! I already miss the Japanese breakfasts with the variety. This hotel is extremely convenient. The Izumiotsu subway station is a short 4 minute walk away and the supermarket is only 3 minutes. The supermarket has a fantastic selection of ready-to-eat choices. Also, there is a Mr Donut and a McDonalds at the base of the hotel. There are several places to eat besides these around the subway station (Nankai). "The room was clean but very dim lighting. there was an Elvis statue next to the stair and some kind of pirate statue in front of the door when opened. There was very little shops nearby, it is walkable to the train station."

"良い点 ホテルの眺めやデザインはすごく素敵だったし、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧で親切でした。 悪い点 上記が素晴らしいだけに掃除があまり出来ていなかった点がとても残念でした。 忙しく、掃除にかけれる時間が少ないのかもしれませんが、高層ビルにあるホテルの為、窓を開けての換気も出来ないし、健康上とても良くなかったです。 室内とランドリールームにも綿埃が沢山ありました。 これは、スタッフのせいではなく、人数が足りていないのかもしれません。 せっかく素晴らしいスタッフの方々と眺めやデザインが素敵なホテルなので、そこを頑張って頂けたら嬉しいです。"
