"Location is close to mizuya train station and local restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room is spacious if you book with 2x double beds with sauna."

"This was an amazing hotel. We had access to the really amazing, clean and not very populated public onsen with access to hot & cold pools, showers and sauna. Food was amazing too. We really loved it and will be back."

"This was my first ryokan, but easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Every need I had was already anticipated. I didn’t know hospitality like this even existed. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and eat here. I’d give 6 stars if I could."

"Pretty impressed with their thoughtfulness and excellent service! Deposited my luggage with them before check in so I could go sightseeing. When I came back to check in, they told me they had already transported my luggage to my room! In addition, they offered me a hot towel and a choice of free welcome drink (you can choose from beer to soft drink or a snack). The breakfast is wonderful too! Piping hot miso soup based hotpot served with dishes made from local ingredients. Only drawback is it is a 10 min walk from Toyooka JR Station."
