「This was our first visit, was for a 4 day long weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had a full kitchen! Room was amazing! Our balcony faced the beach so we had beautiful sunsets! Roof top pool is amazing! Excellent snack bar/bar. Breakfast….not continental but full menu! Amazing! Everything was delicious! Room service….excellent, fast and delicious too! Cant say enough about the staff….beyond friendly and helpful! Overall excellent hotel and only 10 min to downtown and 12 min to airport.」

「Hotel limpio y nuevo pero con muchos detalles; el agua caliente de la regadera a veces no calentaba, el staff no resuelve problemas y pide que les des propina en efectivo porque al parecer no se las entregan si es en tarjeta. El café del restaurante siempre sabía quemado, las porciones de alimentos variaban dependiendo del día y me imagino que de los cocineros en turno. La habitación que me tocó tenía una vista terrible a una casa vieja y tendederos de ropa que, si no es problema de ellos, bien...

「No internment no music to dance drinks so expensive and no alcohol taste at all is a very all property shower either hit or cold, faucets not working properly, and when I made the reservations for this place at that time it wasn’t all inclusive, they changed a week before we arrived, I just because we’re not all inclusive they dined a water bottle for me and my husband, and that’s good we didn’t get all inclusive because it’s not worded at all」

「We booked multiple rooms just to see what the experience was between the standard and the premium rooms. If you are gonna stay at this resort, don’t get the standard rooms. There’s a huge difference in size and quality. Pay title but extra for the premium if you are planning to stay here. Parking is not provided in a complete hassle that alone made me wish I had never booked this place. We had to park a few blocks away and walked to the hotel.」

「The pools were gorgeous, and the view from our balcony was gorgeous. If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, you could get to Centro or the Zona Dorada; if not, Ubers and taxis are plentiful. The beach was very rocky; when we wanted to go in the ocean, we walked south in the beach to better places.」
