「Photos online are dated and do not reflect the poor quality of the room condition. We paid to stay in the top room, yet no working wifi, extremely tatty furniture, bathroom and ill fitting wood effect floors. No cupboards for hanging clothes and difficult to navigate to the room as in an extension, with no lift, narrow corridors and stairs. For the price, it is extremely expensive with a cheap breakfast. Better to stay in some of the wonderful new beachfront apartments on Air BnB.」

「Excellent and attentive staff in a lovely hotel.」

「I loved this place in El Quisco. Lovely rooms with balconies and a beautiful view. Great breakfast in a very quiet environment. Nice and helpful staff.」

Superbe cachet. 」

「From the moment of our arrival the staff were excedingly helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautifully curated and has a lovely homely, relaxed feel. We couldnt have been looked after any better. I joked as I left that we were thinking of moving in. It was the best nights sleep we had in Chile and you should stay for an evening meal as the dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Special thanks to the owner and Paulina who really looked after us.」

「Clean Kind and courteous staff」

「 I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet. I stayed there before a cruise and the cab ride to the terminal only took a few minutes. That was a real convenience. The hotel was within sight of the ship and no hotel was any nearer. I got to San Antonio by bus from Santiago and the taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel only took about 15 minutes.」

「What an amazing place to visit. Great for couples. Staff was amazing, food was good. Not close to shopping or restaurants, it’s on a hill, but the view is amazing. Walking distance to downtown, all downhill. Parking is tricky, but staff is helpful. Lots of places to visit and explore within the city.」
