"Beautiful hotel in urubamba. The baby llamas were so adorable. Shout out to Rocky and the rest of the hotel staff. Hotel is 2hours outside of the hotel, so you have to plan for transportation if you want to do anything outside the hotel."

"I booked and had a confirmation number. Drove for hours to get there. The road was blocked so we eight had to turn around and try another way. When the host EVENTUALLY answered, he said he had no booking! He said Expedia never communicated with him. We had to go from door to door to find somewhere ..."
